Out of these 10 large states....what one do you feel LEAST safe in, from crime?

Eh............................ States are weird. Because you know the cities have a poverty section (no jobs, black, latino sections, weed addictions, crack). There's white poverty small towns (trailer parks, meth , crack, speed, white trash, welfare) dangerous small cities, usually a dangerous state capitol...

I'll probably say... Florida for this. But overrall probably LA (Louisiana)

Honestly, Maryland and New Jersey.

For the record no state is dangerous.
But MD and NJ (and CT) are all small states with a lot of high crime areas.

MD has Baltimore, PG county, and other pockets of high crime in Anne Arundel, MoCo, Charles, and the shore.

NJ has Newark, Camden, Atlantic City, East Orange/Orange, Trenton, and some other pockets.

CT has Hartford and New Haven.

But out of your list, probably California.

All of these states have perfectly fine and safe areas. I think MI has the highest homicide rate out of all of them, but the difference between the highest and lowest is not drastically different:

Well Georgia does has the "MOST DANGEROUS SUBURB"...AND HAS SOME OF THE MOST DANGEROUS CITIES.
