I can think of at least one.

Dude in Minnesota you want an indoor football stadium because the Winters are practically the coldest in the USA of all MAJOR metro areas. There is plenty of team pride around the site and in the stadium. Sorry, but Atlanta isn't doing anything special that beats the stadium in Minneapolis. The surrounding area is getting additional development including a park, office and hotel high-rises. Based on your previous post the Atlanta site does have the edge on heroin junkies in the neighborhood.

It is nice and all that Atlanta is getting a nice new stadium but I just don't see it as being any better, or better than, the Vikings stadium.

Haha. Can you imagine Atlanta trying to support hockey in a stadium of that size? They would have to curtain off 95% of the stadium. The stadium is too big for soccer too.
The would be the reason I said REPLACE hockey with soccer since it will be the home of Atlanta's MLS team.

New Vikings by default since I hate that they're getting rid of the Georgia Dome.

The new Vikings stadium has really grown on me. The transparent roof (world's largest) will be sweet as one will be able to see the outdoor elements (lightning, snow, rain) while watching the game. The 5, glass pivot doors on the stadium's west side will also be a nice feature.

There should be an option for "neither". They are both monstrosities.
