Crime rates per 100,000 people:

Camden - 1133.6

St Louis - 825.1

Buffalo - 642.1

New Haven - 661.3

Baltimore - 691.7

Gary - 671.9

Detroit - 1009.7

Flint - 1075.2

Saginaw - 835.4

Newburgh - 745.8

Honorable mention: East Saint Louis - 1750.2

This is from 2012. I couldn't find a 2013 list with all the cities.

I vote Buffalo. Although, I'm sure the other ones that are close, could be interchangeable.

Probably Baltimore or Bufallo. They aren't terrible cities compared with St Louis or Detroit.

I vote Baltimore, MA because it has zero crime. That's because it doesn't exist!

(just kidding, I actually voted New Haven, couldn't be that bad as it has an Ivy League university. I don't really know though, New Haven, Buffalo, and Baltimore could be interchangeable.)
