I think Milwaukee should be pretty high on this list.

That's why you tell them. You don't ask for a hamburger than not tell them how you want it and expect it to be what you want.

Usually they'll ask if you want mustard and mayo. If they don't; it's usually just laziness.

Growing up and living in the NE Miami and LA always surprise me, but I have had good and bad experiences everywhere including my hometown, especially parking lots around the holidays, think that is just an everywhere thing though.

Also a town called Parkersburg WV, was amazed by how rudely I was treated, like I was from mars

Boston, Tallahassee. I found both places to be full of rude, surprisingly so.

NYC was overall very rude, but I expected it so I wasn't surprised.

Default Not Many Native Southerners Here

I'm sure there are plenty of pleasant people there, I just haven't encountered many. Then again, I've only been there twice for a total of 5 days so....
You probably didn't meet any native Atlantans when you were here. I've met ONE in 6 yrs. People here are mostly from the northeast and some from CA (which I hear but--haven't met any of them either).

Haha everyone has their take on this one, I guess I just ran into a lot of misconceptions and strange people that day.

I take offence to that. and don't talk about something that you are not very knowledgeable of.
