Wow Bmore is off the chain. I seems to me cities on the eastern portion of the country are somewhat worse.

Here's a link to a Baltimore Sun article from 1992 talking about the history of crime in Baltimore. This was printed around the height of violence in the early 1990s. Interesting thing about the article though is that for some reason Baltimore has always had issues with violence.

Baltimore's crime history on a line graph is like a plane that took off experienced some turbulence here and there but never came down.

Atlanta's crime is increasing for some reason. We had 12 murders alone in February. We are now up 133% from last year at this time.

2014: 6 murders
2015: 14 murders

Philadelphia is currently at 33, down from 41 last year. Last year finished the year with the lowest homicide rate in 61 years, after 2013 which was the lowest homicide rate in 60 years.
