I'm not sure if that's true. However, Mexican-AA intermarriage is not very common. The exogamy rate between Mexicans and Blacks is about the same as the exogamy rate between Blacks and Whites.

The evidence for segmented assimilation (i.e., intermarriage between Mexican Americans and Blacks) is quite negative. By most measures, the Mexican-American Black schism in the marriage market is almost as strong as the historically rooted and powerful Black-White schism.

At any rate, here's more findings from academic sources, which are nearly as good as rap videos and anecdotes from anonymous internet posters.

(Page 1 of 20) - Intermarriage and Dating of Dominican and CEP (Colombians, Ecuadorians and Peruvians) Second-Generation Immigrants in New York City authored by Lee, Sara.
With that said, I suppose I'm a bit off topic by bringing Texas into it, but I only did so because I felt the OP should've included it in the first place. After all, our nation has three important coasts. Not just two.

Now, for what seems like the thousandth time: everyone here seems to know Blacks are closest with Antillean Latinos, so why you continue to state the obvious as if anyone is arguing otherwise is beyond me. Just because I'm bringing up the relationship between Blacks and Mexicans does not mean I'm saying it is an equal or greater relationship. Even my second post in this thread was only in reply to you stating Mexicans couldn't get away with saying n---er. I'm here negating your incorrect assertions.

Marriage maybe, but copulation is a different story.

So basically, your only reason for continuing to post in this thread is to show that Mexicans can drop the N-bomb (the one that ends with "ga" and not "ger")? Conceded. I even stated upthread that I regretted bringing up Fat Joe because I should have known that that would lead to a hip hop discussion, which non-black people often believe plays a larger role in Black culture than it actually does. Rap music is probably the most exploited, bastardized, watered down aspect of Black popular culture that exists. I would say one's DVD and book collection is a better litmus test for "Blackness" than hip hop.

If you mean sex that doesn't result in pregnancy, then there's no way to determine that. If you mean children who are the product of a Mexican and a non-Hispanic Black, then there's certainly a way to determine that, and those rates are in line with the intermarriage rate between Mexicans and non-Hispanic Blacks.

Mexican women are more likely to have children within the confines of marriage. Puerto Rican women are less likely to be married than Mexican women. For all Puerto Rican women having children out of wedlock, nearly 20% of those pregnancies involved a non-Hispanic Black father. Not really a good thing, but definitely not surprising to anyone who walks down the street in NYC, Boston or Philly.

I guess...if we can say your only reason for being in this thread is to tell everybody a bunch of stuff they already know. Guess we're both wasting time

That's what you call conjecture. What I can tell you is that it is certainly far from uncommon to see Blaxican people in my home state.

Conjecture? It's fact. I already provided a source.
