NEthing else?
I think the criteria is in ultra high net worth individuals and not just wealthy. I think there's a distinction to be made there as Miami likely does have a fairly high count of the former, but not nearly as comparable a count with the latter--however, the latter seems like it'd be a separate topic though it would be inclusive of the former. Right?

Oh, and I just noticed that private jet ranking doesnt show any foreign routes to/ from Miami--it"s just New York.

Big Whoop.

Yeah, like I said:

Forbes Billionaires, 2015
Bay Area 71
State of Florida 42
South Florida 28

Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, 2014
San Francisco 5,460
State of Florida 4,650
Miami 1,085

Cute.

And your income stats FAIL because they are derived from different state tax codes that have different criteria and definitions of taxable income. What NY classifies as a million dollars might not be the same as CA, so run along freshman.

And it says quite a bit that you have to bring New York into the comversation. Must be because Miamj is not statistically able to beat SF by any measure as far as wealth.

And Miami is quite poor versus SF and only in the deluded minds of a few is this not the case.
LOL. That was average gross income, sweetie, not modified or adjusted gross income. NY and CA use federal AGI as their basis, anyway. $1mm gross is $1mm gross in either places.

Don't even go down this route with me - I used to do this for a living .

Point is - wealth in Miami is brought in from all around the world. Miami is more important than San Francisco when it comes to global wealth as that survey shows.

LOL. Isn't it so bizarre how the most important cities for the rich clrrelate strongly to this private aviation traffic map? Hmmm..

San Francisco is flyover.

Take what you did for a living, and stuff it in the garbage sweetie.

You tried to pass off 2 different stats as the same and got owned.

Lick your wounds and move on. This conversation is stale.

Yes, I know it hurts that you had to convince yourself of something to minimize that above blow. Sorry, find another excuse . And read accounting 101 for dummies in the meantime.

Toodles.
