Why are you even here when you live in low rise DC? Does it really matter to you if you wake up tomorrow??

This isn't the topic at hand though; the topic is out of the cities listed, which is best positioned to be another hub of the South? I think everyone is well aware of Atlanta's status as the dominant hub of the Southeast.

^^ really? Is that needed?
I live in Atlanta and can add that is not needed. Showing off a suburb in a city that illustrates the continued decades old flight from downtown doesn't say good things about Atlanta, but that won't stop the narrative of Stick who seems to live on this and other forums with some vendetta against Birmingham.

Are you for real,,,people are flooding back in to the city not just downtown???? I have a vendetta when lower class cities try to compete with the King, Queen, Duke, Earl, Viscount and Marquess of the SE. These are all titles Atlanta owns outright.
