Virginia's got a very balanced climate. Unlike California, we regularly get rain too.

The northeast is the most balanced IMO. Having four seasons is balance. South Fl and SoCal has some of the best weather in the country, but don't understand how a region without seasons can be considered balanced. I guess having the same thing all year is considered balance to the OP. Based on this logic of having monotonous weather year round I would give the edge to Hawaii.

Hawaii and Coastal southern California for temperatures that vary very little between seasons.

This entire thread is weird. Everyone has their own personal preferences on what they consider ideal temperatures. Personally, I think 65 to 75 degrees is perfect so I guess that means I'm fat.

I can't even imagine how fat all the people who love really cold weather must be. People that love snow must be enormous.

It's not weird, I would agree that 65 to 75 is perfect. If it's 80 degrees, and your working on a ROOF or doing lawn work, then you'll find out that 80 is too hot. 60 can be chilly, but if you doing work it can be ideal as well.

^ True, and some of my favorite hiking/playing ball/biking and so forth is best in the 50s and 60s. At least for me. Only one person on this thread is unaware that there are personal preferences involved.
