Transit, Most Interstates access ,Traffic conjestion around the inner suburbs,shopping, tourism, education, Hippest/Urban downtown, dining, diversity?

All of the answer I would like to be opinionated Upon the present revitalization/growth of each cities metro area/downtown.announced developments also can add into discussion.

Why is BIRMINGHAM capitalized in the Poll and Little Rock in lowercase. Is.this designed to boost Birmingham

I wouldn't feel that way. Every city has its good and bad qualities and Little Rock is no different. Some just feel the need to be an obnoxious booster which has no bearing on what's going on IRL.
