This is just to get the world's opinion because I and a lot of people had never heard of the Phoenix park until KWP was built in Dallas.

To me KWP is smaller, better, in a better location and more popular. What do you guys think?

I didn't realize another city built a park over the freeway. It was pretty revolutionary when Phoenix did it back in the early 90's. The Dallas one is for sure a lot smaller. I know they are redoing Hence park in Phoenix, it was really showing its age. If the remodel looks anything like the rendering, Hence park should be better.

Klyde Warren park feels more like an urban park in the thick of the core.

Hance Park feels like a green patch between downtown and midtown. The adjacent bungalow neighborhood has its charms.

My thoughts exactly.....The freeway factor is cooler at KWP. The freeway set up at Hance is kind of an afterthought.
