They're not on the level of the other two. No one really cares about those places. NYC and San Francisco are the most common American cities I hear talked when I go to Europe. Last time I was in a taxi in Paris, the cab driver asked New York? San Francisco?

I'll take Miami and Vegas over : Paris , London, Berlin and San Francisco any day of the week.

Great places to visit I am sure, but not my cup of tea at all. Not enough excitement or thrill for me.

Also I could care less what cities are brought up by Europeans, so what ? Your point?

It's a Canadian survey, so obviously biased. No way Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver are in the top 20 globally.

And what young person wants to live in Mexico City? You want to take an 80% pay cut and live in a city with insane traffic, routine kidnappings, and poisonous air? I actually enjoy visiting DF, but to live??

Miami and Vegas offer a particular type of entertainment and thrill that is not for every one. I think most young people would say those two cities are great places to visit, but not so great to live in.

The participants must have smoked colossal amounts of marijuana before completing the survey. Detroit and Dallas made the top 25!!!!! However, Atlanta didn't make the list at all!!!! I call shenanigans! Atlanta is expected to receive 50 million visitors this year!

Thread title should be: The world's best cities according to stupid people who live in their mom's basement and smoke weed and play PlayStation all day. At least Rome, GA made the list. Perhaps the participants weren't that stupid, or high.

This survey listed Detroit ahead of Miami, Shanghai, and Singapore. Furthermore, it listed Toronto and Mexico City ahead of Tokyo...

Are the people surveyed mentally ill or is it that they enjoy easy access to illegal drugs? This is a serious question.
