  • education
  • economy
  • diversity
  • sports culture
  • public transit
  • q-o-l
so you should vote your favored 16 cities according to the matchups in the attached brackets (higher seed will be the tie breaker for any matchup if necessary).

next week will be the start of the regionals and another thread will have poll choices of the winners from round 2.
