I can't think of another city that looks more f'ed up than this. These pictures are insane.

I think every city made a conscience effort to clean up all the cars at some point in time. Having burned out cars on the streets along with empty buildings really makes it look like something else

It's understandable in the ghetto but right next to the World Trade Center? lol That city was something else for sure. I wonder what people who died in 1990 would think if they saw NY today.
