Really don't like either. But between these two, I'd pick New Orleans due to its architecture and food.

I voted for Las Vegas, although I don't gamble and I love New Orleans style jazz music. But New Orleans makes me think of crime, poverty, bad infrastructure, and black people who aren't doing well. Vegas seems more like live entertainment, good food, glitz and glamour. I'd rather live or vacation in Vegas.
