No "third world immigrants" in LA, no siree.

Given that RingoT has (quite obviously) never stepped foot in Southern CA, I think we can all move on...

Given that everyone knows Chicago isn't a tourist or business center like NYC, and given that we have Census-verified population statistics, it's absurd to claim a city that is less of a tourist/business center and 1/3 the size somehow generates more tourists. There would be no logical reason for this.
NOLA I'm surprised you do not say Chicago JUST GETS THEM ...MIDWESTERN TYPE TOURIST? LIKE YOU LOOKED DOWN UPON CHICAGO'S YOUNG URBAN PROFESSIONALS because they were a lot from the likes of Indiana And Iowa? LOL.

Does that mean NOLA? YOU DISPUTE AND DENY CHICAGO HAS THESE 50 MILLION VISITORS? As numerous publications DID USE? Please tell us BY AS YOU REFER TO YOUR .... "Logical REASONING SKILLS" vs. Perhaps the credentials of the DATA INTERPRETERS and CRITERIA THEY USE?

As for Orlando and Vegas? THEY ARE RESORT CITIES. THEY are not TYPICAL CITIES. THEY BOTH WERE BASICALLY FOUNDED AS THAT. Orlando because of Disney and Vegas for Casinos.

As for statistics WHEN OTHERS POSTED %s of Black, Latino and Asian Stats for Chicago. You still argued.... no such thing as Black Flight from Chicago. You even boasted Latinos leaving for the Suburbs And a MAJOR WHITE FLIGHT. THE STATS Showed White population steady and Black population dropped and Latino's and ESPECIALLY ASIAN NUMBERS GREW THE LARGEST %.

I believe before the stats of CHICAGO GREW BY 82 PEOPLE..... YOU WERE EXPECTING A MAJOR LOSS?

Sorry for being curious? But I'd still like to know What state and big City or small town, you were raised ?
You merely DENY OTHERS SAYING WHERE YOU ARE FROM? NEVER SAYING ACCUALLY WHERE? Could you enlighten me/us please......

Of course. Atlanta is such a huge home to global elites. Las Vegas, too, obviously. Everyone who winters in St. Tropez summers in Alpharetta, GA tract homes, don't ya know?

And NYC, of course, has no such people, and is a flyover city, obviously. No rich in NYC.

And we can't forget there are no third world immigrants in LA.

Any other "nuggets of wisdom" or can we safely anoint your posts as dumbest in recent C-D history?

Who the hell is "Luda Weezy" and since when did global socialites get such cool names? Sounds like a Bond villain from the Carpathian Mountains or something

And everyone knows that the Olympics are obviously relevant to global wealth patterns. Lake Placid, Lillehamer and Pyengchang are such huge wealth centers, and everyone knows that Athens is a gusher of economic might, especially since the 1988 Olympics, which apparently took place in Atlanta, of course...

As for Chicago's STATUS LEVEL. Here are a few Sights that interpret a Cities Vitality and expected performances on the GLOBAL STAGE.

THE 20 MOST IMPORTANT " WORLD " CITIES IN GLOBAL FINANCE THIS YEAR 2015
http://www.businessinsider.com/best-...ex-2015-3?op=1

The ranks give cities a combined score based on five main factors:
Business environment, Financial sector development, Infrastructure, Human capital, Reputational and general factors.

1.) NEW YORK holds the top spot again — there's barely anything to choose between New York and London, but the Big Apple's reputation edges it.
2.) LONDON ....misses out on the number 1 spot, but it is the world's best for financial sector development and infrastructure
3.) HONG KONG ....takes the highest spot of any Asian city, as both a well-developed financial hub and a gateway to China.
4.) SINGAPORE ....comes in fourth overall, with the best business environment score of Asian financial center.
5.) TOKYO.... still punches above its weight as a financial centre, scoring particularly well on the index for infrastructure.
6.) ZURICH ....makes the grade as the second highest-ranked European city on the list.
7.) SEOUL ...moved up one spot as South Korea takes an increasingly important position in Asian finance
8.) SAN FRANCISCO..... edges out Chicago as the USA's number two city for finance, but it has fallen three places.
9.) CHICAGO breaks into the top ten, climbing three places from last year's rankings and passing Boston.
10.) BOSTON .....has slipped a little in the rankings from last year, but just keeps its spot in the top ten.
11.) TORONTO .....takes the highest ranking of any city in the Americas outside the USA, holding its position last year.
12.) WASHINGTON D.C. .....stays high in the rankings but has now slipped out of the top ten spaces

NYC has the most millionaires both in sheer number and as a percentage. Per capita, LA didn't even crack the top 3.
One in every 25 New Yorkers is a millionaire, study says - LA Times

NYC also has the most billionaires in the entire world.
