Mars is like so passť.( jk)

You should do some research on the Mars Rover. Cal Tech is the lead( Kudos btw) but many vital parts were engineered up north at NAS Ames/ Stanford.

Oh, and NASA Ames( Mountain View) is the lead on Kepler, which is looking for habitable planets like the earth so yeah...we're all up in space.

That's a California thing in general.

And really, thats PRECISELY what LA needs. Tons more geeky ish like that and way less day laborers/ actors who supplement by being part time valet drivers.

Listening to CBN radio in Sao Paulo right now and they are talking in depth with Brazilian economists and tech entrepreneurs about Google and it's new Alphabet parent company.

The jist of the conversation is that nothing will change for normal Google users and Brazilians neednt worry.

I really don't think any place wants more ugly, nerdy types. LA has tons of hot people, the Bay Area is possibly the U.S. metro with the least attractive people.

The 1980s 3rd graders called. They want their insult back.

Furthermore, nerds with ambition are now the most attractive people on the face of the earth. fyi.

...who are broke( that is not "hot") and have no skills whatsoever( even less hot)

This has been the thorn in your side for 40 years mate. I actually feel sorry.

Very good news for Southern CA:

Fisker Automotive to open factory in Riverside County - LA Times

When Fisker first came out, I liked the design better than Tesla but I heard so many bad things about it that I didnt want to bother.

Now I have 2 Tesla Model S' and love them but I apparently Fisker has worked out the kinks so I just might look at Fisker again.

Agreed. I find it funny that all the states trying to lure business away from California because of environmental regulations don't realize that entire new industries are being created and developed here because of our forward thinking on things like environmental issues. California (Northern AND Southern) is a powerhouse in R&D.

The 2015 adults called. They prefer humans shower, dress nicely, and not use the street for bodily functions.

Right, the homeless hordes on Market Street are filled with vast ambition, and the height of attractiveness...
