Syracuse. Albany seems a bit too industrial while Sycracruse has a good football program.

Houston. Phoenix seemed kind of sleepy for its size. Houston had more going on.

Salt Lake City. It's not as hot as Phoenix in the summer, and it gets snow in the winter.

That's a hard one because I like them both.
Cincinnati because it's more well rounded and under rated, Memphis has a few more challenges to overcome.
Next one needs to be obscure: Grand Rapids or Fort Wayne

Fort Wayne. I'm from Michigan, but I've never liked Grand Rapids. Fort Wayne was much better.
