The Bronx vs Philly
Hard one. Your basically comparing a whole city to one section of another city. That's like saying New York City vs North Philly. Anyways ill try to answer the best way I can, The Bronx NY has a Hispanic majority with a lot of Dominicans n Puerto Ricans, I like that. Philly is diverse compared to the Bronx, even tho its mostly just Blacks, Italians, Irish, and Puerto Ricans. They both have similar sizes and cultures. But Philly is home to me. Philly all day

Delaware vs Rhode Island?

Delaware vs Rhode Island?
Rhode Island, I'd love to live in Newport. I'd definitely prefer Providence over Wilmington as well. Both states have great beaches, though Block Island gives RI another edge.

Albany, NY or Roanoke, VA?

Roanoke, VA for the scenery since it's close to the mountains. I was never a big fan of Albany. Been there twice and it was just meh.

Charleston WV, or Charleston, SC?

Alaska (I'm looking at you, Anchorage!). Hampton Roads seems...nice enough, but I'm a nature boy at heart and I have a particular love for metros with gorgeous natural surroundings. Plus I have family in Anchorage, and they keep telling me they have some amazing summers up there. Been dying to visit!
