I could easily see myself living in a historic home in Old Town Alexandria, but I could easilier (inventing words) see myself living in a condo in Hoboken with commanding Manhattan views and easy access via ferries and PATH. So Northern NJ.

Baton Rouge. Better location situated to my lifestyle.. Close to NOLA, great beaches, casinos, some of my preferred styles of cooking & foods etc..
