Burlington, nice college town, a part of the country I have yet to explore and significantly safer than Hartford.

Jacksonville - I love Florida in general. Also, it's one of those booming Sun Belt cities.
I could never live in California cause I love humidity and like being in the Eastern US.

Laredo, TX. Some people don't dig Laredo but i had a good time when i was there, and i would Texas anytime over Alaska.
