Miami - I've read that Puerto Rico has a very sad stray dog overpopulation problem, which would make me cry.

Laramie, WY or Park City, UT?

Laramie. It is beautiful in the winter time (not a fan of popular places like Park City -- nor do I ski).

Los Angeles or Hampton Roads?

Had to look that one up. I lived in LA for 4ish years and disliked the smog and traffic, although other aspects were good. So I choose Hampton Roads, because I've never heard of it and it would be something different and interesting.

Eveleth, MN or Butte, MT?

Butte, MT. Nice town. Never heard of Eveleth.

Hampton Roads is Norfolk/Virginia Beach etc.

Minneapolis, MN or Atlanta, GA?

Minneapolis. Never been, but I've always heard good things.

That's VERY difficult. I have relatives in Burlington and I love that it's in NC and the Greensboro area. But Fredrick if so convenient to DC and all of its offerings. Gotta go with Fredrick.

Tampa, FL or Salt Lake City, UT?

Salt Lake City because the people are nicer and the weather is not humid.

Ferguson, MO or Sanford, FL?

Sanford. My aunt lived there in the 60's and it is near my other aunt's current home in Deland.

Since the first two obscure places I originally wrote were already pitted together (????!) how about Manchester NH or Eugene Oregon?

I'll pick Manchester, NH because I haven't been to NH since I was a very small kid, and my college roommate lives in Eugene and she's a hard core Buddhist now and is so boring my eyes roll back in my head when she speaks.

Peoria, IL or Yuma, AZ?
