Orlando, easily. Nice downtown, warm year-round, near beaches, etc.

Florida Keys or the Outer Banks?

I'm going to have to go with Outer Banks. Incredible natural beauty that hasn't been overdeveloped. For a beach location, very nice 4-season climate.

Hilton Head, SC or Cape Cod, MA?

Sacramento, CA

Know a few people in Sacramento. Don't currently know anyone in Redding. I did back in the 1990's. Easier to find work in Sacramento. Both have high summer heat, but delta breeze occasionally helps make late afternoons/early evenings more comfortable for Sacramento. Has far more to do, more good restaurants, historic districts, sports, etc. Also closer to Lake Tahoe. Closer to the Bay Area and the Monterey Bay region where I know several people and sometimes enjoy events, sports, etc.

Gilroy, CA or Folsom, CA?

Both places have high paying jobs for me, with san jose and sacramento being close by. However I would pick Folsom because I would like to be able to afford a home in the 500k range as oppose to the 800k.

Virginia Beach, VA or Jacksonville, FL.

VA Beach. Love the area better and it's 4-season climate. The Tidewater Area is an underrated, IMO.

Omaha, NE or Des Moines, IA?

San Marcos, Texas

Probably rate both cities about even on their own, both with intense summer heat, etc, but San Marcos is located just 35 miles from Austin and 50 miles from San Antonio for more activities. Las Cruces is a much longer 220 miles from Albuquerque. Think the San Marcos area is probably a little greener than the Las Cruces area, too.

Duluth, MN or Eau Claire, WI?
