Even though I'm just a tad bias lol, it would be Charlotte. I live here for a reason. I much prefer Charlotte's climate and cost of living over Seattle's.

I'm going to have to go with College Park. State College is just to isolated geographically from larger areas.

Milwaukee; both have miserable weather, but Milwaukee is bigger, I have friends who live there/lots of millennials live there, and I like the Midwest
