This is a good one. I've spent a great deal in both, and love them both. I have to say Savannah, though; to me it's just a more 'user-friendly' town...and I love the squares.

Alpine, NJ or New Canaan, CT(Battle of the Stepfords)?

New Canaan CT, because who really WANTS to live in New Jersey?

Morgantown WV or State College PA? Battle of the nestled college towns!

Monterey, CA

I live not far from both now, but am closer to Monterey. Both are in beautiful areas and have a lot to offer (good dining, downtowns & other districts, attractions, events and beautiful coasts) . Santa Cruz gets traffic congestion more often, especially in summer, as it is closer to the Silicon Valley/Bay Area. Fewer aggressive panhandlers in Monterey than Santa Cruz, too. Also prefer Monterey's slightly cooler summer weather.

Reno, NV or Provo, UT ?

Love both...as a native SC'er, I'm partial to Charleston but I'll go with NOLA here.

Reno...Lake Tahoe, not far from the Bay Area.

Eufala, AL or Cheraw, SC?

Gotta go with Reno. I hear it's growing like crazy, and I like the mix it offers with Old West and also new industry and the hospitality industry, of course. You can do the bars and casino thing, the nightlife, just like Vegas but without all those people. I like the desert, and would make use of the surrounding areas for dirt biking, hiking, camping, and I think there's mountains close by too. What's their motto? The world's biggest little city? Or something like that?

Provo? I'm sure there's also some good recreation around there. Not sure how far it is from those famous places like Zion and Bryce but probably it's pretty close. But alas, the Mormon influence. I hear they run everything and it's a real network going on. And isn't it a dry town? Can't have that. I just think I'd prefer the raunchy old West vibe from Reno over the Lilly white squeaky clean LDS thing.

So Reno for me.

OK...........Boise or Corpus Christi?
