Laredo. Much bigger population. Even though Yuma is 2hrs from Phoenix Laredo is 2hrs from San Antonio.

City Wise Milwaukee metro wise Detroit. I'm gonna say Milwaukee because of its better growth as of right now.

Tampa to live, Orlando to visit
Tampa overall, job job scene, good cost of living, good amenities, not as sprawly as Jacksonville.
