Tampa, FL. I lived there for one year and it is reasonable. I've visited Dallas, but I don't believe that I would like it. Tampa offers everything you'd ever want out of a major city, but doesn't necessarily feel like one.

Albany, OR vs. Hanover, PA?

Albany, OR vs. Hanover, PA?
I honestly know nothing about Albany OR, so I'll go with Hanover. I love PA. Very beautiful and underrated state. OR's climate is is my least favorite of all climates and I'd be miserable there.

Spokane WA or Madison WI?

Tough one. I would choose Ft. Wayne due to the schools in the area. Also it is closer to Chicago.

Fresno, CA or East St. Louis, IL?
