Wow, that's a close one........they're both good, but I'll go with Indy due to its proximity to Chicago.

Roanoke, VA or Provo, UT?

Provo, UT. Larger population & close to Salt Lake City.

Even though I prefer Virginia to Utah overall Roanoke isn't near my favorite parts of Virginia (Richmond, Newport News, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg) or DC and it's location is more isolated.

Also Salt Lake City is underrated for a small city.

Madison, WI or St.Paul, MN?

While I love Madison, I love more the idea of a smaller-town feel right next to big-city amenities. St. Paul.

Oxford, MS or Blacksburg, VA?

Blacksburg, VA. I prefer Virginia over Mississippi and Blacksburg's population is larger.

Morgantown, WV or Altoona, PA?

Morgantown. More culture and wouldn't make taking advantage of college town amenities as long as I'm not living on top of partying students.

North Kansas City, KS or St. Bernard, OH?

North Kansas City by Kansas City, MO
St.Bernard by Cincinnati, OH

Kansas City has better growth
Cincinnati is cheaper

Close but I'll go with North Kansas City, MO(I didn't find North Kansas City, KS)because Kansas City has a better growth rate than Cincinnati right now

Newark, DE or Glassboro, NJ?

Newark. I like its location. I would never want to live in NJ.

Spokane, WA or Burlington, VT?

Spokane, WA. Vermont is too low populated for me & I'd rather live in Washington.

I'll go with Bismark. I like towns that are state capitals.

Knoxville, TN or Albuquerque, NM?
