Frederick, MD. Didn't know a lick about either place but a quick scan of wiki shows that Frederick is far more diverse and seemingly better connected with DC than New Hope is with Philly. Also apparently real estate in New Hope is very high.

Philly because I haven't been there since I was a kid and I've been to Chicago a jillion times and am bored with it.
