I've heard some good things about Tucson, but I pick Tampa, the larger city with access to all those beautiful beaches.
Cleveland, OH or Nashville, TN?
I’ll take Nashville, TN. I actually lived about 30 minutes south of Nahaville for a couple years and thought it was a decent place overall. Tons to do that’s for sure

Tough one. Melbourne has better beaches, but Galveston has more charm. I'll go with Galveston, as it has the edge architecturally.
Fairhope, AL or Dunedin, FL?

For a town of that scale, Bellingham is as good as it gets.
River Oaks, TX or San Marino, CA?
