Lancaster. Very beautiful area of PA. Not far from Philadelphia. I couldn't stand the wet, dreary, cloudy weather in Eugene.

Tampa, FL or Phoenix, AZ?

St. Paul, MN.

I tend to not be a fan of the sprawl that plagues much of the sunbelt suburbs. St. Paul and its twin Minneapolis are a thriving northern metro, nice diverse economy and world class recreation/parks etc.

Only draw back to MN are the cold winters. But I prefer a cold winter over oppressive heat.

Providence, RI or Albany, NY

They’re both nice small cities, but I like Providence’s location better & I prefer it over Albany overall by a little bit.

Arlington, VA or Cambridge, MA?

This is a close one. I'll say Albany. Burlington and the Lake Champlain area is beautiful, but a bit geographically isolated. Like Albany's location better and it's a little more affordable too.

Wilmington, NC or Salem, OR?

Wilmington, NC or Salem, OR?

Salem, because my sister has a beach house on the coast west of there.

Browns Valley, SD or Viroqua, WI?
