St. Paul, MN

Grew up in that area and still know some people nearby. Am familiar with St. Paul, have not been to Atlanta. Less traffic. More lakes in the region. The Mississippi River. Minneapolis is a very short drive right across that river. St. Paul has a few historic neighborhoods with nice architecture & walkability like Cathedral Hill.

Des Moines, IA or Little Rock, AR?

New Bern. I absolutely love the town and the history of that whole area of NC. So beautiful too. But Fairhope is nice as well.

Beaufort, SC or Chatham, MA?

Beaufort. I love the Boston area but Chatham is too far and the water isn't as useable. From Beaufort we could set sail year round.

Albany, NY or Syracuse, NY?

Albany, NY or Syracuse, NY?
Albany. Nicer architecture, capital city, & I like it's metro better.

Bloomington, IN or Iowa City, IA?

Iowa City. Both have large universities, but IC is better as a town, IMO.

Melbourne, FL or Galveston, TX?
