Definitely Virginia Beach. It is a growing city with a great quality of life.

Chattanooga, TN or Augusta, GA?

Burlington, NC. Excellent location between thriving triangle and triad. Jackson has seen better days.

Ft. Myers. Definitely prefer the warm waters, gorgeous beaches, and tropical climate. I do like Portland. I lived in New England for a year and a half. But Ft. Myers is the clear winner for me.
