Montclair, N.J., or Mission Hills, Kan.?
Mission Hills, easily for me. I love the KC area. Affordable, great food, and nice people. Have had nothing but bad experiences in NJ, and expensive to boot.

Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN?

Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN?
Denver... more familiar with the area and would prefer the dryer, warmer winters.

Scottsbluff, NE or Elko, NV?

Scottsbluff. Probably my favorite area of the Great Plains. Wildcat Hills to the south, Pine Ridge and the Black Hills to the north, and the Sandhills to the northeast.

Murdo, SD, or or Russell, KS?

Either looks great, but I'll go with Murdo for weather.

Bangor, ME. Both are scenic areas, but I prefer a larger town.

San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL?

Springfield has/is improving, but Asheville is still the more attractive town.

I like both places, both have beautiful settings, but Boulder would be more fun.
