San Diego. Denver is great but you can't beat the weather of San Diego.

Schenectady NY or Jackson Tn

Austin. I have a friend in San Jose but I think I would prefer Austin.

Spokane, more things to do and I prefer Washington state over Montana.

Berkeley, CA or Cambridge MA?

Cambridge, MA. I like the city's interaction with Boston more than Berkeley's interaction with San Francisco.

Phoenix, AZ or Las Vegas, NV?

Phoenix. Despite it being hotter, I have a friend in Tucson and I could always take day trips to Flagstaff to beat the heat. Love the scenery too.

Longmont, CO or Asheville, NC?

This is a tough one, if it had been between neighboring Boulder and Asheville I'd definitely choose Boulder. I'll give the nod to Asheville, a scenic town in the mountains with a lively downtown.

Eugene, OR or Fort Collins, CO?

Tough one. I prefer the city of Eugene but the greater Denver metro over Portland. Fort Collins it is.

Liverpool, NY or Livermore, CA?

Livermore... would rather live right outside the Bay Area than right outside Syracuse.

Hamtramck, MI or Lackawanna, NY?

Hamtramck, MI

A close call, basically choosing between a Detroit or Buffalo suburb. Both have chilly winters, but Lackawanna gets much more snow. Hamtramck also puts me closer to people I know in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Madera, CA or Muncie, IN?
