Kirkwood... Seems like a nicer community, and if I'm not living living in a nice area of Chicago, I'd rather not deal with their winters.

That's a little tough, I like Kentucky because it's very green and close to my home state of Ohio, but I've gotta go with Plano, TX for the economy and mild winters

Sacramento, CA. I've been there before and I really like it. It's surprisingly very green and I don't mind the summer heat. I also love the fact that it's close to Lake Tahoe, Chico, SF bay area, and the Pacific coast.
