SLC. Better COL. Not as isolated. I hear a pretty good economy. And the city itself is progressive, just not the state which is just like KY anyways so not a big deal.

Las Vegas or Atlantic City?

Salt Lake City...I don't do good at isolated places. SLC was a great surprise when i visited it back in 2014. I thought it was much less religious oriented than some other places i've visited. I was afraid i would be somehow looked down upon because i am not a Mormon but that didn't happen. People were nice and they weren't pushy about their belief. The city itself is clean and walkable. great downtown. Also the scenery is a killer.

Cape Coral FL, Vs Cape Canaveral, FL

Opppsss Sorry...
