Savannah due to it being the more quirky, artsy, and eccentric sibling to Charleston, rustically gritty yet flamboyant architecture, bustling restaurant scene (though Chucktown is the same too), larger Black population, enchanting vegetation and squares, seems more festive in nature than Chucktown, and it also seems to give off a more romantic vibe than Charleston too (I'm a romantic ).
Atlanta or Miami?
Atlanta. Miami's a good leisure destination but it doesn't have as much in the way of jobs and professional opportunities. In that way, it's kinda like a Charleston/Savannah comparison with Charleston having the larger, faster-growing, more well-rounded economy with more professional opportunities and Savannah being better to visit than to live, for me anyway. And Savannah seems to have more issues with crime which is unfortunate.

San Diego. Both are pretty suburban outside of their respective tourist holes, but at least SD has the coast, closer to Mexico and L.A., and is less desertous.
