At this point, it's interesting to see Americana Manhassett has zero votes and Buckhead has two, given the newness and small selection of boutiques.

I have to agree. It's Bal Harbour, then Highland Park Village, then the rest (out of these five).

Ala Moana in Honolulu is the largest open air shopping center in the world and has nearly 300 stores, including 3 luxury anchors: Bloomingdales, Nieman Marcus and Nordstrom, on top of many high end boutiques such as Chanel, Hermes, Prada, Saint Laurent Paris etc.
