Number 2 and Number 3 are subjective. You want me to include Houston as number 2 or 3, so you can tell me why it's not.

Wouldn't Houston be tied for #1 with Atlanta when it comes to nightlife?

Number one is subjective too; this entire exercise is. I don't want you to do anything but if you actually believe Houston is 2 or 3, then make your case and stand by it.
