thats interesting for neighborhoods i thought it meant named parts of the city. most northeast cities dont have subdivisions that i know of. like would harlem be considered one neighborhood eventhough its huge ?
favorite/most famous non-big city boroughs/cities/areas

i would assume most metros have several blocks that fit that description.
