After going to all four cities, Miami seems to be the more stylish and more updated one out the bunch.

Dallas has good shopping, but the people there didn't seem to out dress people in Houston or Atlanta.

Houston and Atlanta are pretty much tied, but I would give the nod to Houston; the more "fashionable" retail growth in the metro is finally starting to take off.

Your ranking is about the number of online mentions a city gets in posts and blogs and articles related to fashion.

Like most sensationalistic rankings, it's title and content are 2 different things.

Which means this topic is subjective across the board, but I did provide something a little more substantial to back up what most people were already saying. Not sure why you find that problematic but okay.
