Me and around 6 of my friends (all are 22-23 yrs old) are thinking about doing a 4 day trip somewhere in probably mid March around the 17th.
We've narrowed it down to these 3 choices (Vegas, Miami, or NO) and I was just wondering has anyone around my age have any huge inclination to one of the locations?

If it matters: 5/6 with us are single, all of us are straight, and 2 of us are non white...just it case your opinion will change depending on if a city is more intolerant than another....

Anyway, we're looking to get some drinks in, get with some girls, gamble a little, etc. To be honest, we're no sight seeing or trying to do any of the family based stuff. We're more bar guys then club people

We're all from the east coast and have budgeted it out and we'll be spending around, roughly, the same amount to get to/stay at any of these locations.

So yeah just looking to see which one is the most fun, most bang for your buck, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Gambling? Vegas
Bar Guys than clubs? New Orleans
Best beach vacation in March? Miami

Since you are in your early 20's I'm not sure if you are into the EDM scene but one of the biggest EDM Festivals will be ULTRA in Miami on March 18, 19, 20th. of 2016.
Tens of thousands of people will descend on Miami for that 3 day weekend and the parties stretch from downtown Miami to South beach.

Gambling is New Orleans or Vegas.
Bars is New Orleans.
Most bang for your buck, I would imagine that New Orleans or Vegas would be cheap.
Women are plentiful in all 3 cities.

I'm 24 and I have 0 interest in Vegas, I love NOLA (biased) and its bar scene, Miami would be a cool experience.

I would narrow it to NOLA or MIA.

I found Vegas to be horribly overrated. If you aren't rich and willing to act like a "high-roller" your entire trip than it'll get dull very fast.

Go to Miami or New Orleans.

If you're "bar guys" go with New Orleans imo. Women are better looking in Miami and LV though. I'm not a club person either and prefer bars and have done Vegas numerous times and Miami once, I think there still very fun without setting foot in a club. Both kind of have more cheesy bars though; New Orleans though just has way better bars imo.

As far as gambling obviously Vegas is best. There is a Harrah's in Downtown New Orleans, nothing really in Miami Beach or near the tourist areas as far as I know.

I vote NOLA.

I would vote New Orleans. That city is a blast, and awesome in March.

I've been to all three and you can have a great time at any of them. Saying that you are more "bar" guys than "club" guys would make me think that New Orleans would be best for y'all. In NOLA you can get a couple of rooms at a French Quarter hotel and there are literally dozens of fun bars and restaurants that you can easily walk to. There is one casino which is only okay in my opinion. It is a cool place to go for like one night. If you do decide to do a little sightseeing you can get to some of places on the streetcar. With no open container laws you can just get some drinks and wander around and find the places that are most appealing.

Vegas is a ton of fun, and obviously if the gambling is going to be a big focus on the trip then Vegas would be a better choice. Vegas feels a lot more corporate/manufactured b/c most of the fun stuff on the strip is located in the casinos which are huge. It is a bit more of a scene.

Miami is nice, but definitely more clubby and more spread out. It would probably be my last choice, but you can certainly still have a blast there. Obviously if you want to do beach stuff it is your only option out of the three.

You need lots of money in Vegas cause the girls there have money being thrown at them from all directions. New Orleans feels more like a friendly bar scene and much more on the laid-back side, though you can still gamble and party til the wee hours.

Miami is the largest and has a mix of both...superficial girls and super high end nightlife as well as more laid-back spots with more "regulars." The issue though is that you'll almost certainly need to rent a car and you can't just settle in one area for everything (party/gambling/eating). OTOH, miami has the advantage of the beach, potential spring breakers, and Ultra music fest that was mentioned earlier.

Agree with what pretty much everyone has said - miami and LV for clubs, NO for bars. I am a club guy and not bars - I love miami and do not care for NO for that reason, so it does matter. Perhaps you can consider key west though - more of a casual bar vibe than miami

Go to Miami or New Orleans.
This

Like an earlier poster said, if you're into EDM, go to Miami. Otherwise, since you're into bars, go to NOLA
