I would say Hawaii. He was the Senator from Illinois, and where you were elected to serve before becoming president is usually the main home state, but we have a million and one great choice from Illinois but not many from Hawaii. Drop the Hussein and we can call it HBO.
On the otherhand, Chicago would be fitting our 1st black president.
O'Hare is too well-known as O'Hare. Basically everyone in the country knows what O'Hare is. And I'd be willing to bet people outside of the US even know it by name, such as Heathrow or Charles de Gaulle Honolulu's doesn't have a name, right? Therefore, why force a name change to an airport that plenty of people know already.

O'hare to Obama is not too hard.
Midway then?

I just think it's been known as O'Hare for waaayyyy too long to change the name now. Besides, it's already named. Why bother renaming an airport with a name and leaving another airport unnamed?
I would consider renaming Midway, yes. Still would vote Honolulu though since it's unnamed and that's where he was born. Yes, he does rep Chicago mostly, but I think it would be something of pride for Hawaiians also, as a generally overlooked and forgotten about state. Some type of name recognition would be good for the state, especially with Obama being the only President from the state.
Are these two cities actually considering this? O"Hare in name is already pretty well established, no? I'd go with HNL.
Rahm mentioned the idea more than a year ago, but then quickly backed away from it. O'Hare is named after a decorated war hero who died in WWII, and it's been named O'Hare since 1949. Midway was similarly renamed in 1949 to commemorate the Battle of Midway in WWII.
Changing O'Hare's name wouldn't change its airport code though. It became ORD back when it was still Orchard Field Airport.
