I am not surprised to see Indianapolis or Pensacola decline. I am surprised about St. Louis performance, as the media reports are usually negative. It is also great to see Grand Rapids really starting to take off, it is really seeing some exciting changes.
I wish they would include a three year rolling average . It would smooth out the jittery lines and get a better trend slope . It's hard to get really useful information on a year to year basis .
Glad to see Ohio's three midsized metros listed under biggest gainers...
