Are you really claiming that Miami is "far more dangerous" than Chicago?

These statistics for the city propers are from the FBI, and they say otherwise. These numbers are from January-June of 2016, and are the latest official numbers realeased. Miami had a total violent crime rate of 446 per 100k people. Chicago had a total violent crime rate of 508 per 100k people. Chicago had a murder rate per 100k people of 11.7 compared to Miami at 6.1. That's almost double the rate, and is a staggering difference considering how large Chicago city proper is compared to Miami city proper. The robberies per 100k people were 191 for Chicago and 153 for Miami. The aggravated assaults for both cities were both at 277 per 100k people. That's hardly "far more dangerous."

If you look at the numbers in the link I posted below you will also see the crimes rates have been increasing for Chicago dramatically since 2015, while Miami's crime rates have been decreasing dramatically. These crime rates for Chicago really are unbelievable considering Chicago's population is 2.7 million compared to 437,000 for Miami. There were no statistics for DC, but I guarantee it is also comparable and is not "by far more dangerous" than Chicago like you claimed. The other cities you mentioned are a different story though. If Miami got cold like it does up north the crime rates would drop even further. Crimes occur a lot less when it's cold out since people are more inactive.

Do you know Flagship stores are not just a first but retailers call their premier stores generally of a certain size ALL THEIR FLAGSHIP STORES?

Again Chicago offers more then merely small potatoes. It LARGE Retailers on N Michigan Ave call them Flagship stores

Most main/ high end shopping districts offer flagships, Chicago being one of them. As a poster above pointed out shopping, apparel, and fashion are three different things. Chicago has the shopping, the fashion and apparel is almost exclusive to NYC and LA (regarding the USA)

Again point is to show Not small potatoes in 3 malls and all the boutique's and Flagship large retailers. You need to make waves in the pond and show not only one Huge fish but a few US cities CAN SWIM TOO.
Some cities cannot.
