Probably DC for me. Cost of living is the only issue for DC as with San Francisco and Boston.

Minneapolis for me. Super clean, friendly people, tons to do, affordable, etc... One of my favorite cities I’ve ever been.

Living near San Francisco makes me hate it. Stupid expensive, traffic is horrid, homeless everywhere, the list goes on and on.

I like the DC area... Coherent highway network, walkable, decent PT, nice suburbs...
Cost is a bit high, but then wages are also quite high, so it makes up for it.

I voted for Boston. Was tempted to vote for Miami since I live in South Florida now and like it for the most part, but Boston is still my "home", I suppose. I also enjoyed living in the Washington, D.C. area for a while.

I've visited San Francisco and Baltimore and enjoyed both cities. If I had more money, I'd consider living in SF, at least for a while. Baltimore might be a good option because it's affordable to live in a nice area, but obviously there are a lot of problems there, so something to think about.

Small geographic cities tend to have extension cities. I'm sure every city on the list can say you don't know where x end and y begins. I know in Boston Brookline was the first town to stand up and win against annexation. Brookline had water I think that's what separated it from Roxbury, East Boston and Dorchester.

But when you look at the northern part of Brookline it fits right into the neighboring Boston area's. Boston University has a lot of influence in that area. South Brookline is mostly suburban mansions, Bob Kraft (Patriots Owner) lives there I think.
