I find El Paso to be very friendly, they also have gorgeous women. San Antonio and Lubbock also are friendly down to earth cities, then Houston.
Last Dallas and Austin.

I agree Nibbidy....El Paso is very friendly.

Houston least friendly.

Was in El Paso recently, and the people are not friendly at all. They come off as rude and self-entitled. They also have an attitude with you when you try to ask a question. Customer service is the absolute worst over there. I also got honked at for no reason, just for walking on the streets. I'd say even Phoenix is much friendlier than El Paso. I'd put El Paso at the very bottom of this list. Houston would be at the top. I feel they only treat people nicely if your born and raised in El Paso. If your from out of state, they have a nasty attitude with you and overall are rude to visitors.

I agree that all of TX is friendly - a friend visiting was amazed.
She said the minute she crossed the border people were different.
(Driving from FL- moving to Calif.)

I have to say San Antonio. Why - it's a beautiful city lots to do, makes people happier -
and tourists, people at their best usually, people wanting fun.
El Paso is too hot and dusty to be too friendly. Lol
Houston, too big a city - same with Dallas, unless you're part of a big church family - both very nice, tho
Lubbuck - smaller, so friendly...newbies always change the place, tho
Austin - agree -too many transplants, so you have to be there awhile to be really part of the place.
