That's it for Downtown Denver. Even the locals say they don't hang out in downtown. They hang out in different areas of the city like Rio for beer, Santa Fe for arts and others for entertainment.

In San Jose: it's all downtown or to some extent, Santana Row. Downtown actually has beer, wine, night life, art and entertainment scene. People go there to play or live.

Denver has all that, only on a bigger scale downtown!

No, just much taller office towers with large space due to no flight path. Downtown SJ checks all the boxes of a cool downtown. People actually have fun downtown, not just go to a game and just passing by. People go to Santa Fe for First Friday or Thurs. art crawl in Denver. In SJ: downtown's SoFA funky district.

One day y'all will learn that the topper guy trolls in order to make San Jose look bad. For what reason? We may never know...

With that said, San Jose seems like a nice city but it's just too expensive

A demographic comparison:

Denver MSA
Pop. 2.853 Million
Racial Breakdown
64.5% Non-Hispanic White
22.8% Hispanic
5.5% Black
4.1% Asian
2.1% Multiracial
Foreign Born Population:12.2%
Speaks a Foreign Language:20.3%
Families Earning $150,000+22.5%
Median Earnings, Males:$54,338
Median Earnings, Females:47,373
Poverty Rate:9.4%

San Jose MSA
Pop. 1.978 Million
Racial Breakdown
34.4% Asian
32.2% Non-Hispanic White
26.8% Hispanic
3.3% Multiracial
2.2% Black
Foreign Born Population:38.5%
Speaks a Foreign Language:52.5%
Families Earning $150,000+40.1%
Median Earnings, Males:$90,040
Median Earnings, Females:$64,483
Poverty Rate:9.4%

Whether by racial breakdown or through foreign born population or by the proportion of persons that speak a foreign language, San Jose is considerably more cosmopolitan.

Denver is nearly two-thirds White while San Jose's largest group are Asians and they only constitute 34% of the Metro.

They have the same poverty rate.

I didn't see the need, you were talking about a different topic. I was talking about more people.
