I have job opportunities in all three cities. Making 150K regardless of location. I realize that the cost of living is drastically different between these... But I'm wondering whether by trying to save on COL, I'd be sacrificing my personal and social life, as well as having to deal with heat (i.e. spend money on getting out of town) for a good portion of the year if I go with LV or Phoenix

As far as COL, I'm looking at base rents of 1200$ in Scottsdale, $700 in Vegas (adjusted for no state income tax), and 2000$ in the Bay (Walnut Creek). Utilities may bring the first two quite a bit up due to climate.

At this point, I'm primarily interested in the social aspect of living in these cities. Which would offer the best dating scene for professional women? Opportunities to build friendships? I'm single, childfree, educated, fitness oriented, foreign-born, socially very liberal but NOT big on hipsters , non-religious female, career driven, mid 30's. Interested to hear opinions of people familiar with the social dynamic in the above places.
